George J. Wommack

Founder, President & CEO
George is responsible for envisioning and leading the firm’s strategic execution. He brings 18 years of experience, founding Argali in 2019 after successfully launching and growing an energy-related environmental services company, Petro Waste, and selling it to Waste Management (NYSE: WM), netting 4x on invested capital to the investors within six years. Before that, he profitably led investments in San Antonio shopping centers as CEO of Fortress Holdings, LLC, between 2006 and 2020, achieving investor returns from 2.2 times to 4.2 times the initial investment. George also serves as co-owner and silent partner of a retail children’s boutique, which has achieved a 17.46% CAGR in revenue since inception as the business shifted from a strictly “bricks & mortar” model to an omnichannel retail model.
A leader in the San Antonio community, George is active in numerous organizations and initiatives benefiting business, education, and the arts. He is a member of the Board of the San Antonio Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He and his wife, Christen, are involved in many of the city’s cultural and educational institutions and keep busy raising their four children. George graduated from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a degree in finance.

Dillon Hurley

Vice President of Investments

Dillon Hurley is Vice President of Investments at Headwall Investments, where he leads acquisitions and plays a central role across the firm’s shopping center funds. Since joining the firm at its inception, Dillon has been deeply involved in Headwall’s growth, contributing across acquisitions, capital markets, and portfolio strategy. He has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s unanchored retail strip portfolio, helping oversee the acquisition of more than $200 million in assets totaling over 500,000 square feet.

 

In Headwall’s early years, Dillon held a cross-functional role across acquisitions and asset management. This experience provided broad exposure to underwriting, execution, and portfolio performance, establishing a foundation that continues to shape his investment perspective.

 

Previously, Dillon was an Associate at Avison Young in Houston, specializing in office, retail, and medical leasing. He began his career as a Research Analyst at Resolute in Austin and held internships at Partners Real Estate and Transwestern.

 

 

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Dillon earned a degree in Liberal Arts with a Business Foundations minor from the McCombs School of Business. He is active in the commercial real estate community, having completed the Real Estate Council of San Antonio’s Leadership Development Program and serving on several of its committees. He is also a member of ICSC and the Urban Land Institute of San Antonio.

Brad Fitzerman

Vice President of Leasing
Brad oversees all leasing activities and focuses on maximizing rental revenue generation for the firm’s assets. With a robust career spanning 12 years in the realm of retail real estate, Brad has established himself as a seasoned professional with expertise in leasing strategies and the creation of value from untapped opportunities. Before joining Argali, he served in pivotal roles at renowned companies such as Brixmor, Brookfield, Weitzman Group, and Dickey’s Capital, where he honed his skills across all facets of real estate creating over $2.4B worth of value. His contributions have consistently led to tangible results, driving revenue growth and optimizing asset performance.
Brad earned his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Arizona before furthering his education by attaining an MBA from Baylor University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brad treasures spending quality time with his family on the ranch, where they enjoy raising cattle and immersing themselves in the beauty of the outdoors. He is an active member of his community and dedicates his time to various organizations, including Folds of Honor and the Dallas Holocaust Center.

Stephanie Sanchez

Vice President of Property Management

Stephanie Sanchez is the Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for leading the property management team and fostering positive relationships with tenants and vendors across the Headwall portfolio.

Stephanie began her commercial real estate career in 2009 with Port San Antonio where she served as a Construction Manager before transitioning to Property Management. Her commercial property management background includes office, retail and industrial. She holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance & Development from University of Texas at San Antonio, and both her MBA in Management and PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Stephanie is a native to San Antonio and is married with three sons.

Sara Houthoofd

Assistant Property Manager 

Sara Houthoofd is an Assistant Property Manager for both Argali Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Headwall Investments, where she plays a key role in fostering positive relationships with tenants and vendors across the Headwall portfolio. Before transitioning to Argali CRE, Sara served as the Office Manager for the Allen Office Building, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless tenant experience. She also led the marketing efforts for Argali CRE, successfully elevating the company’s visibility and contributing to its business growth. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Sara combines her strong organizational skills with a deep understanding of property management and marketing to deliver results that enhance both tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Tiffany Hill

Property Management Administrator
Tiffany Hill brings over six years of experience in residential property management, most recently with DR Horton. She has a strong background in implementing organizational systems, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient team operations.
Originally from Southern California, Tiffany’s creativity and attention to detail drive her passion for real estate and organizational excellence. She was drawn to Headwall and Argali by the company’s collaborative culture and the opportunity to expand her expertise in commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys all things creative—she’s an avid hobby collector currently exploring collage art. She loves to travel, with frequent trips to Disney World and fond memories of Amsterdam as her favorite destination. Her favorite food is ceviche, and she’s often crafting in her spare time.
A fun fact: Tiffany holds an associate’s degree in American Sign Language Interpreting. She describes herself as creative, empathetic, and genuine qualities that shine through in her work and relationships.

Jessica Reyna

Property Manager
Jessica brings over 20 years of experience in commercial high-rise and industrial management to her role as Property Manager. With strong expertise in budgets, financial reporting, and tenant relations, she ensures every property under her care operates efficiently and tenants feel supported and valued.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Jessica attended UTSA and St. Philip’s College. She was drawn to join the company by its impressive team and the opportunity to work for a local, privately owned organization where her experience could make a meaningful impact. Jessica looks forward to welcoming new tenants and contributing her extensive industry knowledge to help the team continue to grow and succeed.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her kids and grandkids, relaxing at the beach, and watching documentaries and live music. Her favorite travel destination is Florida’s beaches, and she dreams of visiting Greece one day. A fun fact about Jessica—she once met George Strait at a private concert and collects baseball caps from different states and countries.
Jessica describes herself as fun, nice, and quiet, and lives by her favorite saying: “God is good! Life is too short to be unhappy.”

Maria Baez

Senior Accountant
Maria Baez serves as Senior Accountant and is responsible for coordinating all day-to-day accounting needs of Argali’s portfolio, facilitating rent collections and expense reconciliations, coordinating the preparation of monthly financial statements and other accounting related functions.
Maria brings over 23 years of accounting experience and 13 years of property management experience to the team. Before joining Argali in 2023, Maria worked with Keller Henderson Interiors, Inc. as the Director of Accounting, managing the accounts for 8 entities that included 4 commercial and 3 residential properties. Prior to her role at Keller Henderson, Maria worked at Rider Wash Systems of San Antonio as Office Manager and Bookkeeper while also managing several personal residential properties. Maria started her career as an Accounting and Project Manager in Houston with a family-owned construction and remodeling business, where she was able to gain initial exposure to the accounting and property management businesses.

Alyssa Villarreal

Alyssa Villarreal joins Argali as an AP Specialist, bringing a strong foundation in property management and leasing from her previous work in the multifamily housing industry. Known for her teamwork, dedication, and keen attention to detail, Alyssa approaches every task with a willingness to learn and a drive to support the company’s continued growth.
Originally from Virginia, Alyssa grew up in a military family and has lived in many places, which shaped her adaptable and collaborative spirit. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cultures and names Japan as her favorite travel destination. Alyssa finds daily motivation in the message behind the song “Get Up” by Shinedown — a reminder to persevere and keep moving forward.
